Just like our many other happy TriLogics™ clients we will provide you with all the training and support you will need to make this investment a real success.
We have dedicated Technical Support staff to assist you in the installation and maintenance of your TriLogics™ software. We also have staff dedicated to training you in the use and understanding of how it works, at your own pace.
Technical Support Availability All TriLogics™ clients can access full Technical support Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Customer support is available by telephone, email and fax. |
Training Availability All TriLogics™ clients can access dedicated Training staff Tuesday to Saturday, 9am and 5pm. Due to our focus on each client's individual training needs, a training appointment needs to be arranged prior so we can give you the best advice and support for your individual needs or concerns. |
